tren makes it harder for alot of people to do alot of cardio but its not going to hurt you to do it. im on tren right now and i run 4 miles ed. some people have slight breathing problems when on tren

tren makes me sleep irregularity, so i feel less like doing cardio. It ups my resting heart rate a lot. I went from a guy who could train mma for 3 hours a night and then still have energy to do cardio after a meal, to a guy who was breathing hard after a flight of stairs. I had to stop banging my GF one night because i thought i was going to either have a heart attack right there and die mid pump or drown in my own sweat. Tren doesnt make me tired it just makes it hard for me to bve active at all. I would profusely sweat while WALKING on a treadmill.
Trenbolone will always have a place in my heart, but as long as i train mma, i wont be using it unless i was on cycle and got hurt and was unable to train for a few months.

fact of the matter is Tren supposedly brings your white blood cell count very low...thus giving you less stamina...I remember Pinnacle telling me that his cell count was alarmingly low after blood work from using Tren...

Just a thought.
Trenbelone raises prostaglandin levels. Excessive prostaglandin levels constrict blood vessels. Constricted blood vessels carry less oxygen to the heart and lungs hence the
impacted cardiovascular system of trenbelone users.

Easy fix.
Run eq with tren and you have no problems.

cardio problems with tren are overhyped in my opinion.......and I suggest doing as much cardio as you would normally do

tren makes it harder to do high impact lengthy cardio sessions. if you back off a little you wouldnt even notice. now if you are a long distance runner,tri-athlete or a cyclist, it wouldnt make sense to take tren. if you are doing cardio just to look good, there are a lot of ways to still do cardio to achieve your goal without having problems

it made i slightly harder for me to do cardio. by harder i mean that i went from doing 45 min. sesions to only being able to do 30 min. sessions. but it wasn't that bad, i was still able to get a good cardio workout in.
