1st Cycle
Var @ 50 mg ED Week 1-7
Test Prop @ 50mg EOD Week 1-7
L-Dex @ .5mg EOD Week 1-7
(Do I need the Prop in here to help from shutting down and how would I need to alter my PCT if I was to use Test Enth 100mg Twice a week instead of the Prop at 50mg EOD)
Clomid @ 50mg ED Week 7.5-10
Nolva @ 20mg ED Week 7.5-10
(I will be in Acapulco Week 11 so do you think this PCT will ensure my libido is right where it should be)
On Cycle Supplements:
Fish Oil
Vitamin C
Milk Thistle
Daily Vitamin
(any other suggestions)
Will be cutting as I am 21, 6'2" 210lbs @ 13% bf. My diet will be about 350/100-150/60 (Pro/Carb/Fat)and my carbs will be from oats in the morning and a pre-workout banana or yogurt. All my fat will be from EFA (almonds, coconut oil, minor amount in chicken, tilapia, turkey, and tuna.)
Plan on Running 3-4 miles twice a week and jumping rope for 30 minutes 2 times a week.
Split looks like this:
Monday- Chest/Tri--run
Tuesday- Back/Bi--core
Wednesday- Off--jump
Thursday- Legs--core
Friday- Shoulders--run
Saturday-jump
Sunday-Off (maybe a core workout)
Would you recommend changing that?

kinda young for a cycle, but good size for now
if you're worried about your trip but are set on a cycle, i would suggest test e and run it 10-12 weeks, so that you don't start pct until you get back so you can do a solid one, and you also won't have to worry about libido on the trip

where are calves and traps? are they on back and legs day as well, how bout forearms?
BTW, you are a bit too young to be cycling in my opinion, i would like you to post your diet tomorrow, everything you eat in detail, i think you can gain somemore naturally with some tweeks

Calves are with legs
Traps are with Shoulders
Forearms are on Back/Bicep day.
So short of PCT. I was going off what the Anavar post said that you need about 2 weeks of clomid with a var cycle.
Low dosage of test- I have read frequently that var can be cycled without any test so adding a low dosage of test helped. They said to ensure you wont shut down which is the sole purpose I was adding the test, not for gains/rather precautionary against losing libido.
Diet will be
1 cup Oatmeal & 1.5 cup egg whites in a protein shake- meal 1
Turkey wrap (6oz) (low carb wrap) with spinach leaves-- meal 2
8-10oz chicken with brocolli and 1 ounce of almonds--meal 3
protein shake (double scoop) and banana- meal 4
workout
8-12 oz or tilapia/lean pork or steak with spinach salad and no fat dressing- meal 5
protein casein shake before bed with .5 cup eggwhites- meal 6
This is a cutting cycle so why do I need to add carbs... If I doubled carbs I would be looking at around 3000 calories... Pretty high for cutting isn't it?

diet is pretty good but could use some work(see above for suggestions)
again i made an assumption(which i normally don't so i must be getting tired or something), first cycles are almost always bulkers, which i think you're should be as well, but that's just my opinion, in either case, i prefer keeping carbs/proteins high regardless of cutting and bulking, though you are right, 300g of carbs is a bit excessive for a cutter, 300g of protein and 200g of carbs would be a better base to start from
