I havnt been experienceing any itching or sorness and my nippels arent even sensitive. But i think my pecs are getting fatty but i dont really know could just be in my head.

Merry Xmas dude! Yeah, you can take 10-20mg Nolva p/d to see if things improve. I ran Nolva all the way through my 1st cycle @ 10mg p/d, no problems. Had to cut cycle short at 7 weeks, but by that time I'd put on 15lbs. Lot of people say Nolva 'can' affect gains, but from from my experience and the other material I've read, I personally believe this so-called 'possible' effect is non-significant.

As for your symptoms & whether you actually need Nolva, I'll leave it to the more experienced & knowledgeable members to advise...

    Merry Christmas.

Pecs and nipples are two separate areas. Pecs have nothing to do with gyno.
If you are feeling soreness on the nipple like some of guys have in their puberty or the simple way is touch the nipple and press it, if you feel a little lump behind the nipple and it hurts then its a gyno and you can do as GrandmasterSpank has said. But i don't think you have a gyno like you have said.
And if you touch it too much you will have gyno...(psychological gyno)
