help for beginner
I really dont know a lot about this stuff... Ive been working out for two years and I have done everything natural...
stats
age:20
height:5'11"
bw:200 lbs
bench: 280
squat: 400 if that helps at all
I need some help on a good beginning cycle... stack a good mass builder with some joint help and a recovery... THANKS have no idea what i need

In my opinion you should wait a few more years before considering the use of AS

you basically just need goals. and be for sure there what you really want. So what are you trying to accomplish?
When you open by saying, "I really dont know a lot about this stuff" you're looking at alot more research before even considering. Luckly, you came to the right place and welcome.

this will be easy, I can just copy and past the last reply I posted:
we don't typically construct cycles for people, we like them to do enough research to propose a cycle and pct and we critique it.
