cycle help please!
I am new to the forum so i would like to say whats up to everyone. i am planning to do a cycle and i have a 10cc bottle of cyp (200mg), 10cc of tren (100mg), and 100 tabs of anavar (10mg). i have taken the usual stuff like cyp, deca , and sust but i have never used the tren and the anavar. i work out pretty hard and my diet is good but i train jiu jitsu which involves alot of intense cardio. could someone tell me the best way to stack all of this? any help would be greatly appreciated.

tren on a first cycle is a bad idea, and thats not gonna be enough test for a good cycle

my stats
i am 30, 5ft 9, 190lbs. i dont have too much fat on me. like i said i have done plenty of gear in the past so it wont be my first cycle. i get pretty good gains on cycles of just 200mg of test a week. it has been a long time since i have stacked anything. the last cycle was about 6 months which consisted of 50mg winstrol . i just took 1 every other day.

pretty good
when i use just 200mg of test a week i can usually gain about 8 lbs. when i started training jiu jitsu all the cardio was eating up my mass so i would do a little here and there to keep it. once i figured out the diet i needed i was okay.

you do realize the tren will likely ruin your cardio, right?

i didnt know that. so should i just use the cyp and the anavar ?

don't get me wrong I love tren , but when I'm on it I get winded walking up a flight of stairs. that's one of the common side effects of tren.

if JJ eats away your muscle, look into eating more/better. when i wrestled i ate poorly and even with INTENSE practices, i still gained 10 pounds and lost 6% bf
