oral winstrol no test

my friend want to know if he take oral winstrol for 3 week and that it, would anything happen? It would be at 50 mg a day and would he need PCT?
Also because there no test will he have you know proformance issues?

so what is the question? no, he shouldn't do it, no 3 weeks will not produce gains, yes even if this lame cycle is completed pct will be needed. what other questions do you have?
