Shoulder Surgery recover, endurance, fat loss

Hey all, I'm looking to start a cycle so I can get back into a fitness regime. I was 6 months or so heavy into the gym then had to get shoulder surgery, front and rear lab repairs, and a cyst removed. Its been a few weeks since I had it done and in the process of physical therapy. I have full motion back, but no strength.

I don't plan on doing any upper body workouts until I'm released from Therapy, but I want to get into shape again quickly, by running and leg workouts. What would be good for me start a cycle on for endurance, leg strength, and fat loss?

I would wait till you are back and in good health because you think you will be able to do the things you used to do. Wait and read and learn before you do anything....It is not just about a cycle to getting back...

^^^word...gettting on gear wont help you with anything, its not the miracle many make it out to be, stick with therapy and then work your strength back up in the gym AND THEN maybe post a thread about your thoughts on your first cycle....

thanks for the responses but I'm not looking to get back into the gym for upper body. I want to make sure I do everything the doc and therapist says. But, while I'm waiting on this to heal I would like to take care of everything else! Basically, i'd like to become a running machine while waiting but I'm not sure would would be the best route to go in achieving that... maybe nothing, but didn't think it would hurt to ask.

I ve had good experience with IGF-1 and shoulder injury recovery. If you find legit IGF-1 then it will help repair your joints.

    Regards

i feel your pain... i had a labrum tear last year, and they are no joke. had surgery and started back at the gym about 4 months later. was feeling good and getting stronger, and then slightly tore it again. went to therapy and that seemed to help a little. started taking test cyp/anavar /proviron and my shoulder feels 100 percent now. will keep you posted, but BE CAREFUL.
