workout splits
HOW OFTEN DO YOU GUYS HIT UP EACH BODY PART PER WEEK WHILE ON A CYCLE???? RIGHT NOW IM WORKING EACH BODY PART OUT ONCE A WEEK, BUT I WANT TO DO MORE, LOL. AFRAID OF OVERTRAINING THOUGH--SO IVE BEEN LIMITING MYSELF TO A 4 DAY SPLIT HITTING EACH BODY PART ONCE A WEEK. WAS JUT WONDERING HOW OFTEN U GUYS TRAIN EACH BODY PART AND IF U TRAIN DIFFERENTLY WHEN UR ON THEN WHEN UR OFF.

On or off cycle, I train major body parts once a week. Even on cycle, your muscles need rest.
I do workout abs, forearms, and calves twice a week.

major pecs---asked a similar question in the workout forum, wanted input form the peopel who respond on thsi board since im on a cycle i figured that it sorta fit under the topic "steroid questions"......
