starting this weekend
2nd cycle, I just took 3.5 months off, now I'm about to start some clen and Test E. I was going to run sust but after some excellent feedback I decided to go with another cycle of test 300, I'll take it every 3rd day but first I've got a bottle of Test E 150 I'd like to use up, I'm thinking I'll take it eod til ts gone then start the 300 every third day. Seems perfectly rational to me, any dissenters? I always appreciate the good advice I get in here.

no need to use up the test e u have eod,just use it along with the test u have for this cycle and pin 2x wk.add nolva into your pct and u could even add in some aromison if u want.

exactly, I didn't use anything and my diet is never ideal but for my purposes its decent. I blame my complete lack of PCT.

To gain weight successfully on AAS you need to a surplus of calories, carbs, protein to feed your bodies growth or else it won't grow. Currently I am eating 4000+ calories on my cycle with around 200+ grams of protein all from foods (no protein shakes or nothing im out of them lol), even now I wish my protein was ahigher (I mean if I added two shakes it would bump be up to 280 grms so Im not worried)
The purpose of the diet isn't to get to 7% (even though I am 8-9% right now even with the intake of that much calories) its to give your body enough nutrients to force growth.
It's obvious, you didn't take the time to get your diet straight before you cycled, thats a shame because it is the basis of which you get your gains from AAS.
I hope you start to get your diet into order it will help you a lot, best of luck.

I'm out to hit 1500 with my combined bench/squat/deadlift this time around, I don't count carbs but I'm trying to get in 300-380 grams of protein in a day (as you all know, it's not easy) and keep an eye on my fat intake.

Why would you be shooting the Test - enan EOD, the half-life of Enan is 10.5 days. You would only do that if you're using a shorter ester compound like PROP. I would suggest just shooting it twice a week. It's not going to help at all shooting it EOD.

Average daily intake: Fat 150 grams, Carbs 450 grams, Protein 200-210 (all from food sources) Fiber 35 grms.
This diet works well for me, I have not noticed any noticeable fat gain or the such while on cycle (so far just increased glycogen and water due to the test).
Fat's is a little high, but its from healthy foods (fish, meat, steak, whole grain pasta, sweet potatos, and MILK since I have 2 glasses with every meal)

If you are staying at 8% on those macros my hat is off to you. You must have some crazy genetics!!

Haha thanks, but right now I would say im at 10% (even though I still look lean (ie my abs are still there and actually look a bit leaner and my stomach goes inward still), but I can "fell" the increased glycogen, water, around certain parts)
But yeah, I have always had fast metabolism, when I was first got into weight lifting I weighed 130 lbs at 8% bodyfat, in 4 months I was able to make it 172 lbs at 16% bodyfat and I had no layed out diet, I just ate anything I saw (excluding fast food and sugar fat food foods). Then in another 4 months I was down to 12% while maintaining my weight.
But a buddy of mine had even better genetics, he could eat whatever he wanted and grow like a weed and still keep his bf% at 7%.

I've got my PCT ducks in a row this time, I just ordered the my nolva to go along with my clen and as far as my diet goes; my goals may not be exactly the same as yours, notice I haven't asked for anyones input on my diet. I appreciate the feedback but I'll be just fine.
