    Wrist Pain Prevention?

I have genetically inherited my father and grandfather's crappy wrists, which can become very painful if I tweak them. Lately I have been experiencing significant wrist pain the next day after I lift. It may be caused by not lifting as cleanly as I should, but I plan on going on cycle next week and I know the added weight won't help things. From what I've been told one of the bones in my wrist is slightly longer than it should be and it puts too much pressure on another bone or nerve. Do they make anything for lifting to prevent wrist pain or twisting of the wrists? Like straps or supports?

i looked up ganglioncyst and i definitely do not have this problem, the doctors have told both my father and grandfather the pain is caused from one of the bones in my wrist being too long.

what ype of wrist support do you use?
should I be looking for something like this http://www.amazon.com/Wrist-Bands-Li.../dp/B0018CLPY4 ?

i dotn hve that problem with my wrists but i do have a problem...
i cannot curl with a str8 bar or eas bar because i get pain in my writs and a lil in my forearm. i think its because im not flexible my writs dont bend that way and believe me ive tried to stretch them its just how they are. i read somewhere tht alot of bodybuilder have this and the ones that do should stick to free weights when curling
    ANY suggestions?
