    Winny Pains

I was just wondering what kind of pains you guys get while on winny?
I am in my third week and I have pains in in the my calves and lower legs when running. I think some of it is the 35lbs I gained, but it got worse after I started winny. Will just do Stair stepper and bike until the end of the cycle. Anyone have any better suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Dharb

I have the same pain while on fina. It's just caused by the extreme muscle tenseness and pump you get while using it. I take it the same is true for winni. Take cardio easy, not too much running.

Winny has been known to dry up joints, and shin splits are more common with guys doing AS. So yes, this could be a possiblity. How much winny are you currently taking? I do winny just about every cycle, have minor shoulder pains, but nothing I can't handle. Legs and calves actually feel great, in fact, I have more endurance when I am on winny, therefore, I can run longer, and farther, while doing winstrol .
