    Ok im goin for it.

    I've been learning from this site for months now, became a member, and now im posting my first thread. I have been very hesitant to do so. I've spent hours upon hours searching for a beginner stack based off a person of my size and have came up with unsatisfactory information, based off the person asking the question, not giving enough information for you people to go off of. Im big on respecting what you folks have going on here and not throwing off the general "mood" of the forum. So in advance, I ask you give me a bit of slack if I make a mistake or two, im trying to go about this thr right way completely.

    My background-
    25 years old
    220 lbs
    6 Ft
    Deffensive Tackle style body, big legs,big shoulders and small waist
    Lifted weights off and on for 10 years
    Diet is in check
    21% body fat
    bench 290x8


    Due to a very lucky circumstance, I dont not have to work a traditional job. So I have an unlimited amount of time to get back into "shape".
    I blew out my left shoulder out at my peak of working out at 18. Had surgery, its probably 90%.

    I'm kind of tonned and just look big and scary kind of, is what i usually hear.

    So im thinking about doing a 12 week 500 mg test E(week) cycle in addition to a 4 week dbol 40 mg a day cycle. I would run 4 weeks of test before taking the Dbol.

    With my diet(fish, oatmeal, chicken breast, complex starches and steak two times a week) with no deviation from that diet what so ever. What can I expect? I hit the gym twice a day, 2 hours of cardio in the morning and weights in the afternoon.

    All input is greatly appreciated. What would you change about the cycle? What would you recommend for the second cylce?

    toned at 21%bf, i doubt it

    i would like to see your diet in detail

    i wouldn't recommend you cycle at all

    I guess toned is relative, compared to most pictures i see on here.

    Diet-
    Awake at 9- steel cut oatmeal-prot shake
    11AM. steamed veggies and chicken breast
    2 pm wheat pasta and chicken breats or fish
    5 pm two chicken breast and brown rice
    8 pm cottage cheese



    What would you recommend I do then?

    i would recommend cutting down to around 13-15%bf, this is a good idea for a couple reasons

    1) you will have less sides during the cycle
    2) you will know that your diet is set up for cutting, since you will have already cut down with it

    post everything you eat tomorrow with times and amounts in the diet section and we'll critique it for you

    2 hours of cardio in the AM is excessive. I would never to more than 60 minutes at one time. Also, no reason to run Test for 4 weeks before starting the D-Bol. The D-Bol would go at the beginning to kick start your cycle.

    Diet needs major help.

    What would be the side's if I were to run that cylce i mentioned?

    What would you recommend to me for getting my bf down? Fat burners stuff like that, along with the cardio im doing?

    If my diet needs help, what direction would you point me in? Im trying to slim down and not to focused on getting "big" at the moment.

    I am still trying to figure out how you are at 21% doing 2 hours of cardio a day and eating under 2000 calories a day.

    gyno, high blood pressure, more acne, here's how this works, the estrogen sides you hear about from cycling is caused the conversion of testosterone to estrogen via the aromatase enzyme, well the receptors for this enzyme are located in adipose tissue(fat), so the more fat you have the more conversion to estrogen you will have and thus more sides

    i think that he is eating alot more than 2000 calories a day or his body is in extreme starvation mode

    My diet just got back in check (8 weeks). I partied alot for about a year (google stocks) still played alot of basketball and skated and surfed alot. So my cardio is still there.
