Roid virgin - advice wanted plz

    Hi ya'll,
I have been researching for the past 3 months on roids and possible cycles but am still very unsure. There are so my different roids out there that im spoilt for choice. Then you'v got a variety of pct's, stuff for gyno....etc etc!

Based on my stats, can any1 recommend me a good beginners cycle, to include pct and gyno?

    Age:28
    Height: 5' 10"
    Weight:175lbs
    BF: 21%

My aim is to bulk up and also have a leaner mid-section. Please see photo below.

I have a high protein diet that i follow and a good workout plan.

Any advise, suggestions will be kindley appreciated.

1st thing is 1st man. gota get your bf% down to about 10-14% before starting a cycle.
2nd keep working out hard and gaining naturally while getting that bf% down. a good dose of cardio and steady strict diet will help great. then in a few months, look into taking a cycle

as for a future 1st cylce, here is my suggestion

10-12 weeks test enanthate @ 500mgs/week (2 shots @250mgs/week) (maybe mon and thurs)
*if necessary, some do some dont, run .25mg arimidex every other day*

2 weeks after last test injection, run pct for 4 weeks:
    clomid 100/50/50/50
    nolvadex 40/20/20/20
    *arimidex .25mgs every other day

this is just my suggestion, you will definitely receive many more on the pct

    good luck

from the pic posted - i really think you wont see what you want from steroids at this point....

you have a LOT of room for improvement naturally...

and, i don't mean this in a harsh way - please do not take it as such:
your traps/delts/arms/chest look like any average person.. I don't see any definition and seperation...maybe a bit on the chest, but that could be fat too?...
your midsection is just in need of diet and mild cardio...

it's good you're doing your research before you jump on - but in reality, no steroid will fix short comings in training/diet.

i would head over to the training section, and get yourself a weekly plan setup where muscle groups are isolated properly...then head over to the diet section - there are some fantastic intelligent people there that will guide you in the right direction...

body fat wise, you really need to bring that down a lot - or you run the risk of increased estrogen related side effects...

i just think that with proper training/diet, you'd see better results rather than jamming yourself full of drugs....

again, im not attacking you - i just think there are things you need to fix that would benefit you more than any drug ever could....

    best wishes!

I'm gonna play the devils advocate here. Train hard for 12 - 16 weeks and get your diet in check then do a cutting cycle with proper estrogen management. Actually achieving the desied 15% body fat in this time period is very easily possible. I'm a bit more liberal than most on this board.

You look like you could have a good build with some work. Right now, and don't take this wrong i hope, but you do not look like you work out or have been for long. Hit the gym hard for a little while as you are dieting down also. You need to reach a better base before you consider using gear.

If you start a cycle and start to put on some real size, your body will have a very hard time. Your connective tissue will have a hard time keeping up with your muscles. That's how a lot of injuries happen with people who run a cycle who did not have a good base.

IMHO give it 3-4 months of good solid training and dieting down. Then evaluate where you are.
