    Advice on the best cycle

I am looking for advice on what would be the best cycle to follow to lose weight and get ripped. I am 33 years old and currently weigh 295lbs. I am looking to get back into shape and i am pleased with the size of my chest and shoulders but have allowed my trunk (belly) to catch up to me. Excercise will not be an issue, just looking for the right direction to help produce the ultimate outcome. Which is to lose weight and get lean without giving up the muscle mass that I do have.

I think your best cycle is going to be CARDIO and DIET. cardio two times a day for at least 30 mins and eat six meals a day with high protein and complex carbs with a very small amount of fat. Please read the diet and workout section. another spot to go to is runnersworld.com..and fitday.com to count your calories...good luck stay away from the gear for now and read when you get your bf% down then set up your cycle...

To be blunt, you are too fat to be starting a cycle. There is too much risk for bad sides (bitch tits the main one, high BP).

Are you lifting weights right now? Why not diet down some first? At 295 its NOT that hard. I was 330 pounds when I started dieting down myself. I waited until I was 245 before my cycle. Once you get to a manageable weight, maybe look into the ECA stack or clen .

Cool. I have no problem with that. Dieting will not be an issue and had planned on that and the cardio anyway. Was just looking for answers as to what if any help you guys may have. Thanks!

That is our help!!! you are only 33 you still have a lot of time left. it is better then trying to do a cycle at that weight and not being able to see your muscle underneath the fat...you need to have your diet down before you cycle. it is not that people are being an a** to you it we have all learned from our own mistakes and trying to keep people from following in our foot steps..

Yea I wish I had pulled my head out of my ass when I was 33 instead of waiting until i was 36 to start getting in shape again.

I can't wait for summertime so I can do some nice walks outside with my dogs. If i never see another treadmill again in my life I will die happy!
