    Should I keep leaning out or should I go for the gear?

    I will be doing my first cycle and I am currently leaning out to get down to 160lbs and get rid of a little more BF. But I dont know if I should gear up before doing that or after.
    I dont know what my BF% is so here is a recent pic of me.



    What do you think?

    Cutting BF before a cycle is an excellent way to ensure great gains, you don't seem that bad a few more weeks and i would give a cycle a go, what are your full stats?

    most of my adult life I have been off and on and have been fairly active in sports but I got married with kids for the past eight years and got fat (205 and 36" waist!!)and two years ago I lost 40lbs of BF and back down to 30" waist and 166lbs. I have added a few pounds over the holidays but have been working out solid for the past 2-3 years.
    I cleaned up my diet and intake 140-160g of protien per day along with 2500-3000 cal for maintenance and 1800-2200cal for cutting.

    I'm no expert, but would guess around 12% give or take a percent or two. Whenever you decided to start your cycle, I would definetly up your protein intake. Calories look great. You also might want to use aromasin instead of a-dex for your pct. Arimidex and nolva will work, but they lower eachothers effectiveness, so you might have to take more. Best of luck with your cycle.

    ^^^ i agree. he looks about 12-13%. Youre well within range to cycle right now but of course.. the more fat you cut...the more your new gains are going to show up

    You do look a little gyno prone IMHO btw so make sure you keep a close eye on it when you do a cycle. IMHO make sure you have letro on hand BEFORE you start your cycle.

    IMHO if you do a lean bulking cycle you will look badass. You got a great base atm. Good size traps.

    Just trying to look out for ya.

    he LOOKS gyno prone?? Tell me what youre looking for exactly. Ive never heard of someone being visibly gyno prone.

    Both his nipples look like they are holding fatty deposits behind them naturally. Its pretty pronounced to my eyes. I was not saying it to be a jerk. It just looks that way to me.

    Or do you mean you have not heard that some people have slight natural gyno are more prone to it?

    I have wondered about that as well. No lumps or soreness though ever. I thought it was just fat that would be last to go. Letro instead of Arimidex ? Or are they different?

    He was just wondering how you came to the conclusion that the OP was gyno prone.

    I agree with your analysis though. Definitely get letro before hand.

    Arimidex is fine. Letro is just another option.

    Well thats controlled by diet. Instead of going all out on food, being mindful about your calories a little. So you are eating enough to add some good mass, but not have to worry about porking out!

    Gotcha. I was planning on trading MonsterMilk twice a day for Cytogainer 3 times a day along with my normal clean diet and adding another helping of Oatmeal and OatNut bread PB sandwiches. This will add around 1500 cal per day to my current daily meal plan.

    Silly question but are these online steriod store websites legit? Just seems a little too easy...

    The one above us? Well they are legit as in you will get their product. Do they sell real gear? No, its not actual steroids .

    Watch the use of weight gainers. They can add fat real quick. A better plan would be to add in a good post workout shake with fast carbs.

    I also agree on the gyno prone comment. As long as you watch this during cycle you will be fine.
