    Anavar and Results

So I'm new to Steroids and am looking for moderate results. Nothing too out of the ordinary, but some mass and definition. I looked around here and saw by anothers post that Anavar should be my best best into this new field.

I'm 5'9" and 130. I have definition when I flex but nothing to look at when not. Also, I have a decent amount of body fat, not anorexic and not too much.

I deceided on Anavar by Edited, but am wondering for moderate results, show I take it on it's own or as a Stack that HighTech supplies with Dianabol and Sustanon ?

Also, in what cycles should I consume each? Do I take one of each or take one in the morning, one in the evening and one for my later routine?

    Thanx for the Advise.
(I've searched here, and I'm not a noob to forums; just thought I would add that since a lot of you guys here hate us noobs.)

first of all 130lbs is considered light light weight, the problem you is with your diet i know u don't want to hear this but its the right thing to say. as we all want to rush to r goals as human instinct but that doesn't prevent us from doing it the right way and satay safe. lay down your diet and you will be amazed at what u can find out.
if your not satisfied with my answer you are free to do what you want.

5'8" and 130#? Do you even work out at all? I would think you have a lot of potential for natural results before you even consider anything like anavar .

All I work out is to stay fit, and that's roughly it. I havent tried anything in the means of strength training. I just wanted to supplement a strength routine.

So my best bet would be to go natural. I'll do that. Thanx.

What should mu diet consist of? I'm vegetarian by choice and dont plan on changing that, so how do I work my way around that?

Eat eggs. Eat whey protein. Learn more about vegitarian protein sources. You can still gain mass. It's been done by other vegitarians. And of course...be patient!

vegetarian damn thats rough lol, you gotta do some research on vegetarian sources of protein. If youre 130lbs and tryin to gain weight you need to consume at LEAST 150gs of protein

veggies by them selves with couple shakes here and there wont do it.
you need real food like chicken, steak, rice, oatmeal, pasta...etc that's the real deal.
eat like a man you will grow like a man.

There are a few vegetarian bodybuilders out there.. they're not very big in comparison to non-vegetarians and AAS users, but they certainly don't look skinny either.

It's possible to build muscle without meat, but it's a hell of a lot harder. You're gonna want to consume lots of eggs (egg whites are great), tofu, legumes, grains, chickpeas, etc (do you eat fish? - excellent protein, however watch out for certain fishes contaminated with metals).. along with supplementing with whey.

Do some research into high protein sources, and EAT EAT EAT! Also look into how to properly train with weights and come up with a routine that will be easy to start with. Since you're basically starting from scratch, you don't want to overdo it.

Once you've got your diet down, are properly training (and steadily gaining strength and muscle mass) and have put on significant weight (~ 40lbs), then you can start looking into AAS. But you've got a ways to go yet bro.

    Good luck!
