Not a lot of time to read?
I have read some of the newbie threads, about not asking dumb questions, but I am deployed right now and do not have a lot of internet time to sit and read all of them so I will just ask my questions and if someone could get past the obvious annoyance of another newbie and answer them it would be great..
1. I have been liting for about a year and a half and do not have too many noticable gains and have tried all sorts of supplementing, so my question is what is the best first cycle for me? I have read that DBOL and Winny-v make a good first cycle, but what to go with it? and I have yet to see injectiables for these and want to avoid orals?
2. With AAS obviously protein and creatine and BCAAS are a must, but what about like NO pills, or other OTC supps, I dont want to mix the wrong things together?

Well if you dont have a lot of interenet time to read try ordering some steroid books so you can have basic reading material and references to look at in case you run into any troubles...and to obvioulsy further your knowledge on AAS.
Secondly the reason you have not made many gains even tho youve tried all sorts of supplements is becuase your diet is obviously not up to par.
Quickly what does your nurtitional intake look like on a daily basis. AAS as well as the supplements will do nothing for you if you do not have a solid foundation to build off of, IE.. FOOD!

With my schedule here in Iraq it varies but I remain pretty consistent:
30g whey first thing in the morning with a 20oz gatorade
breakfast: 3 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 2/3 of oatmeal, orange
lunch: usually 2 chicken breasts, rice or noodles, some sorta fruit
midafternoon snack: 6oz of tuna in water
dinner: almost the same as lunch depending on meat selection
preworkout: 30g of whey, 5g of creatine monohydrate
postworkout: 45-60g of whey and 5g of creatine monohydrate, occasional gatorade

Too many shakes in there, not enough protein, where are the essential fats, and.......more carbs, especially pre and post workout.
Have you broken it down into macronutrients for yourself yet? See how many calories you are actually getting from protein, fats, and carbs.
Bulking requires lots of food, and in Iraq i know its tough to get. Ive been there, granted i wasnt lifting at the time but i know a lot of guys who were and could not get the required amount of food it takes.
What are your current stats?
And also Winny and Dbol cycle is a horrible cycle....for many reasons. have you read the profiles on the basics?
Testosterone ? The esters of Test? thinks that stack well with it? have you read about dbol and winny and their side effects? Also how they are both 17aa? What about diet? If you arent growing then plain and simple eat more. There is a lot to know, and i know your current situation you are in.

If you do not have the time to research how to do it right, then you need to wait until you have the time. You can not depend on people to hold your hand through it. You need to educate yourself on the subject.
