adex and finastride dosages

I was going to get a 100mg tren /100mg prop cycle going and would like to know the proper dosages for adex and finastride. From what I researched earlier its around 25 mcg for both ed? I know it can't be 25mg. I bought tabs in 1mg pill form for both, so break up 1/4 per day for both? Is 1/2 a tab a day OK?

i run adex @ .5mg eod and finastride @ 1.25mg ed.
