    Clenbuterol

    Am 20 and and am in my third week of my cut:

    Week 1 - lost 5lbs i assume most of it was water
    Week 2 - 1lb i assume its fat
    Week 3 - is where am at now

    I have used ephedrine before without any problems and ive read up on clen and its looks to be a class fat burner, just want to know what experiences you had on clen? Im cutting and dont want to lose muscle will clen affect this in any way?

    What about dosages i have 20mcg tablets, i was thinking:

    day 1 - 20mcg
    day 2 - 40 mcg
    day 3 - 60 mcg

    How high should i go? And when do i know what dose is right for me, is it when i get no sides from it? 2 weeks on 2 weeks off yeah? And other advice or tips about clen would be appreciated.

    usually 2 weeks on 2 weeks off..
    id start at 40mcg.. ramp up to around 120/140.. maybe less, depends on how much you can tolerate..
    i take my initial dose in the am and then do 20mcg an hour till i reach desired dose.
    no need to taper off.. once you hit your desired dose remain there for the remainder of the 2 weeks

    Ok thanks, ive found some more info on here too.

    I think i will start tomorrow at 40mcg, then just ramp it up 20mcg each day.

    I got taurine and will take about 3/4g a day, and will drink loads of water, anything else am missing before i start, cheers.

    clen 'it also increases muscle hardness, vascularity, strength and size on a caloric deficit' did you's experience this? Taken from this article Clenbuterol handbook

    What results can i expect when i reach the right dose, if am eating 250-500 below maintenance roughly in a 2 week cycle?

    Don't expect to gain muscle when on clen . It's anti-catabolic properties are over stated, although it is not catabolic.

    take your MORNING waking body temp,,,each day add 20mcg until you reach a body temp of 98-99 degrees.

    Thanks. As long as i dont lose muscle im not bothered

    Also i got mixed up ive actually got 40mcg tablets not 20mcg.

    I took one this morning and got a slight warm sensation in my chest a few mins after taking 40mcg of clen .

    I dont think i got anything to check my temp, but ill see.

    If i monitor my heart rate would that be ok?

    Should i up the dose today, i took my first dose 1hr 30mins ago and its 12.30pm in the afternoon in the UK now, i am thinking about taking another dose at about 3/4 pm?

    I always recommend starting with a 20mcg dose if you've never used clen . I've used it several times, but always start at 20mcgs on a new cycle. I would also dose up in 20mcgs. I would split the tabs for easier dosing.

    I try and half them but there very small tablets.

    If i took another 20mcg dose that would be ok right, that would make it 60mcg for today.

    Any pharmacy will have a pill cutter. Makes it much easier to split.

    Am I the only one who does not ramp up every 3 days instead of every day?

    I ramp up everyday.....but that's just me.

    Yeah ill split them somehow, i havent had any adverse effect from 40mcg so why not up the dose on the same day instead of wasting time and upping it on the next day? Its been 4hrs since i took 40mcg by the way.

    Just an update - I took 20mcg more, so that takes it too 60mcg clen .

    Will prob go with 60mcg in the morning, then if am ok another 20mcg, to make it 80mcg for day 2.

    Update - i took 60mcg this morning and felt nothing, then took 20mcg more 3hrs later, still feel nothing so ill up the dose tomorrow.

    Prob start tomorrow morning with 80mcg and then ramp up to 100mcg 3/4hrs later.

    Should check your body temp before you started the Clen and when you are on it..
    should be a degree or so higher

    Yeah what do you's check it with? a silly question maybe but forgot to ask my ma if she has anything ill see 2mra.

    i dosed at 80mcg this morning about 12pm, then had a wrokout at 7pm during my owrkout and after i got bad cramps...i took taurine but prob need more of it and more water would this solve the cramps?
