    ANTI-catabolic

    Ok, what is a good anti-cat? A LEGAL one. Something LEGAL? I heard CLA? I think? L-Glutamine I think was another? Give me some advise on what works good as an anti-cat during a cutting cycle. I am NOT on the juice during this cutting cycle so I need the best legal stuff possible. Don't worry I will go back to juice some day
