    Smile newby!!!

    Hey hows it goin! Im rather new to this stuff. Im going to college to play footbalL this upcoming fall and I was wondering if you guys can tell me what stuff i can take take to shred fat and gain lean muscle. Im 6' 1'', 315 Lbs. Thanks! ^_^

    Definitely need to diet. I'm 6 1 and I made it up too 313 once never again

    yes offensive linemen aha. I'm not sure what my body fat% is. im guessing prolly 40% offseason always messes me up. haha. any diet plans u would suggest??

    I would keep on it until you are where you want to be. I used to play football at a D2 school so i know were your coming from. Hopefully with this diet and the right amount of cardio you can lose some BF% and still keep the size you need and get faster all at the same time.

    yeah i may be 315, but i run a 5.3 40! =D. haha thanks man. i appreciate it very much.
