i wouldnt. i tend to blow up on test alone (face looks very fat). creatine will only compound this:
Creatine supplementation utilizing proper cycling and dosages has not been linked with any adverse side effects beyond occasional dehydration due to increased muscular water uptake from the rest of the body.[12] In fact, an increase in muscle mass and therefore body mass because of increased muscle hydration is the most widely accepted side effect of creatine supplementation.

Jigga's right, and besides if your willing to cycle then spend that extra money on more gear and get 1,000% better results.

Any ideas of a good AI? Will Adex or Gaspari XT Novedex help out at all with water retention?

I take creatine year-round too. I showed a study in another thread that showed no reduction in the body's ability to use creatine supplements after 3 months of straight supplementation, so I'm sold on taking it year round. Plus I've just tried it that way from experience, so that pads my belief. Although the study bought me because if there's no decreased ability of the body to intake and use creatine after 3 months, then it most likely won't ever decrease, I kinda wish the creatine study lasted longer than 3 months to prove it to everyone.

And for those of us that don't have a script then trust a reliable research company (not ar-r )...

Some people like taking creatine after a cycle to help keep their gains. In my mind the only thing creatine is helping you keep is the water retention.

people got it twisted...they think all creatine does is create water retention. Well that's only a small part of it. It does so many other things that can increase gains in numerous ways. You get out of it what you put into it
