Lose weight and gain muscle..
Has anyone used TRENBOLONE MIX 150 for weight loss and muscle gain..I don't want to bulk up to much..I was wondering if it was a good product..

if i remeber your the guy with the low test levals?
that compound is the last thing you want .
good diet and lots of cardio will do the trick ,then when you have got your body fat down do a clean bulking diet ,its very hard to do both at the same time.

Ok---Thank you for the info..Yes I have the low Testo..Im just reading up on so much stuff, and I get confused on diffrent products..

I would leave the gear alone till you get your bf% to where you want it......

he has been on test gel so i think 250mgs of test e every 10 days will do him good.

Hi,
I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose much weight at all.
