Injury Danger during PCT????
hey guys!!i know that in order to keep my gains after a cycle i need a good PCT,okay,but i need also good training and diet......
I wonder if it would be dangerous to keep training hard,because i ve heard that at this time(after cycle) our tenonts and muscles are more katabolic....
is it any possibillity of injury?
does the PCT drugs like Clomi/Nolva help the whole situation???

Your alot more susceptible to over-training during PCT and post-cycle.

So. what do you recommend? Working out 75% for a month? Wont you lose alot of gains?

you worry too much. you need to learn how to listen to your body. whether iam on cycle or not i wouldn't care much. some days i feel like hulk i give all what i have, some days i feel like i don't want to left weight i would stay home, eat and let my body rest.

Your body will tell you how much it can handle....personally I have incorporated clen in my last 2 pct's and have maintained good strength gains..as well as burning off fat from cycle....
