If it's not a problem, I'd love to see it....by the way, anyone care to comment on if that guy is "really" natural? I hate to be a cynic, but...

I would like to see it. I think he is really natural. If he was juicing he would be a really big freak. Besides its not impossible to be 245 and ripped naturally, Very rare but not impossible. I am 6'2 235 at 10%bf and I am natural, and I am only 22.

oh yeah,....Skip is natural. Sure he is. I have no doubt about it. No doubt whatsoever. None man, none. He's definetly natural. For sure. I mean, he's one of the top bb at the nationals in his weight class, and as we know they are all natural. And when they turn pro they start with 25 mg deca /week and go up form there. Ronnie himself only takes an amp of sustanon a week, and we all know that he had 20 inch arms natural.
Ain't it sad when people lie to you and tell you that pros are heavy juicers and shit?

"In fact, if I was faced with the dilemma of choosing between training or eating properly as my only vehicle to look and feel my very best, I would choose to eat properly. "
it's at the beginning of that text file. Notice how mr LaCour forgot that if your msucles don't get the stimulation they need, they tend not to grow, and even, oh my, even get smaller no matter how well you eat.

hmm...this text seems to be for the novice. The very very novice bodybuilder. FOr the guy who's been training in his garage for 2 months and comes into a gym for the first time and asks someone for nutritional help. Of course, skip la cour didn;t forget to mention at the beginning of the text how very advanced bodybuilders asked him questions and he gave them the same advice listen in that text.
I can only imagine
R. Coleman: Hey, skip, what is the most important macronutrient?
S. La cour: Well ronie, protein is the most important macronutrient, because PROTEIN IS MUSCLE and MUSCLE IS PROTEIN
R Coleman: Oh thank you, you changed my life. Maybe someday I too could be ass buff and natural as you are.
Chorus of pro bodybuilders in the background: SHOW US SKIP, SHOW US!!!!!!!!
if only pro bodybuilders knew what a healthy diet and good training program could bring them.
