it's typically associated with dbol or drol, and often means you aren't drinking enough water. usually it only lasts till the orals clear your system.
what are your stats and what's the cycle?

I thought it was blood/fluid in general? Also more blood to the muscle on cycle, and lower back is always being activated?

back pumps can be caused from any compound IMO.

    tren
    drol
    dbol
    var
    test
    deca /npp

i get them from dbol the worst.

what happens is when you work out you get the 'pump' on whatever muscle your working right? well, the back pumpo is the 'pump' you get from walking, you constantly use your spinal erectors.....so imagine the amount of blood being forced into these 2 muscles just from walking. whats helps me is caffiene, and you can get some taurine they say, doesnt help me but alot it does help.

they suck, dont they? i wasd oding laundry and bent over for the dryer, i alomst had ot lay on the floor to ket the blood disipate (sp?)
