Nipple bumps

I think I understand what gyno looks like, but can someone describe for me what nipple bumps/lumps refers to? I see it mentioned on the site all the time but I'm a little confused. Are these hard (or soft?) bumps under the nipple area, or raised bumps on the outside of the nipple (like around the areola?

I have never cycled and have never been more than 12-14% bf but I have a single, large pimple sized bump on the perimeter of my areola, wondering if this will be a problem if/when I do cycle. I do not have any breast/gyno development other than this bump thingy

Anyone with pictures or a site that has pictures would be very helpful

gyno bumps would be usually a lump of a hard tissue underneath the nipple.

like if you squeeze the nipple between 2 fingers and pinch it so that your fingertips kinda go behind the nipple as it pinches the flesh together... you shouldnt feel anything

if you have gyno though... and you do that. youll feel a lump behind and under the nipple

it may be sore or not. but it will be there

gynos a big problem from me.. pre-disposed pubecent gyno since i was a kid... didn't know what it was till i started researching aas... shit sucks.. gonna have to do surgery
