balanceing athletics and size
Okay summers comeing around the corner, and im looking to gain speed and 6 inchs to my vert.. last year I went on a size cycle and got up to 215 pretty jacked but I felt like shit on the bball court.. hear are my stats first
5'11

a lil chubby due to cold lazy winter lol 'MN'

Im looking to be able to dunk and yet still throw around the weights..
should I do less of a bodybuilding program something like
monday-chest,bis
tuesday-legs
wendsday-off
thursday-back,tris
friday-legs, explosive
saturday-off
sunday-off or shoulders
Im trying to stay at 200 and lower the bf% to singles, I no im gunna play more bball help me out!
test and winny or anavar ? cant afford hgh, that would be ideal

The only Time I could ever dunk is when I cut from 241 to 185 in high school. If you get alot bigger your jumping will likely get worse if anything. Maybe if you work legs alot if would help I dunno I just cant see bulking adding 6 inches to your jump height.

start a jump program bro. All you really need is a set of solid stairs.

Heres a stat for you, at 185 I had a 40 inch vertical, at 225 I have a 32 inch vertical and sore knees.

well the thing is my legs are pretty small, im sure if my legs were equal to my upper body id be 215 now, yet I hvae very strong hips.. I maxed out at near 400 last year at this time.. I guess im just hopeing I stay were Im at cut up and be more explosive. ill start a regime next week and do that for 2 weeks and see if it works out how I like.. then I might throw something in.. but the key is idk what? I hear deca keeps ur joints good..

Olympic lifts... Get a coach and learn them. Your explosive power will go through the roof if you learn them and do them correctly. You can become a strong MF'er and still stay around 200 pounds if you follow an olympic lifting style of program vs a bodybuilding program.

soo do you recomend deca as a good compound for what Im looking for? ill have a low carb high protine diet.. maybe throw in a eca cycle for a few weeks to help with the fat.. cuz u can only jump high if ur lean haha

yeah I wanna do cleans also.. I was on a football regime during my last cycle but I guess BB workouts are the funnest.. love the pump but I wanna change it up I was just thinking of this
