Abs workout and recovery when on juice
I am in my week 4 of Equipoise (400/week) and Sustanon 250 EOD.
What should be the ab exercise regime like?
I perform 25 x 4 sets of crunches one day and then 25 x 4 sets of leg raises for lower abs on the second day and so on.
My question is this sufficient for this slow twich muscle fibres? Also how many time should the abs be worked out in week?

abs heal fairly quickly. i wouldn't do them more than every other day if i was really trying to hit them hard. i personally hit them twice a week. and change up your exercises. try Hanging L's or the roman chair or dec sit-ups o something. not saying you do, but the majority of people never do crunches correctly anyways.

I do them every day or every other day..everyone is different, do what works for you to get them to come in. Once you have them your good to go

if you want them to grow just do it once a week and do your squat they will grow if its for strenght do it 3-4 times a week....i was told that abs works best at sets no more then 15 so put weight and work your mid section like its a spring
