    just got my gear... few questions

    first post be gentle...

    im 28yo, 6'0 tall, 221 lbs (have lost 13 lbs over last 2 months thru strict diet and exercise)
    i have 27% body fat hopefully decreasing it quite a bit more over the next few years.... i have done alot of homework on diet, exercise, anabolic agents, ect over the last 6 months, admitting im still a novice but just saying i am dedicated to gettin as fit as possible, this is not your standard whim to workout for a few months to shed a few extra lbs then go right back to being out of shape....im in it for the long haul.

    the gear im working with is gonna be clen (for shedding bfat%) ,d-bol (for gaining some fat free mass) and nolvadex (end of cycle/post cycle to counter-act some of the side effects of the dbol ). now, im not gonna do the clen at the same time as the dbol as ive heard the clen will take away some of the dbols effects if used same time....

    i was thinking, use the clen first for 3 to 4 weeks (i only have a 4 week supply), then wait a week and start the dbol cycle for 4 weeks (again only 4 week supply) and mix in the nolvadex around the 2 1/2 week mark into the dbol cycle..... 4 week supply of nolvadex also.

    does this sound reasonable???

    Edited-fishing and being deathly affriad of needles i cannot, i would imagine if i could find the test and it was a major thing to mix it in i could lose my fear of needles but the main reason Edited
    last question, i was told by a friend and saw a small blurb ona website about taking the dbol tabs anally to bypass the liver and assure 100% absortion into the bloodstream.... is this true? or just a joke. can it hurt me at all?

    thanks for your time, i know i probably sound like a dumbass but we all gotta start somewhere and education is key in an operation as serious as transforming your body...

    I couldnt' read past the 27%body fat part. Sorry but using steroids with that much bodyfat is rather unhealthy and can cause you a whole bunch of extra health problems during the cycle.

    I will now go back and try to read the rest for you

    You need to get below 15% naturally, then you need a real cycle, and no, don't stuff dbol up your ass.

    i know my bf% is high but im built weird.... even my personal trainer thinks its funny, my arms, legs ,shoulders and chest are solid..... built like a brick shithouse can't pinch any fat and can see the muscles nicely, once you go from my pecs to the very top of my abs it turns from solidness (at my pecs) to fat (at the top of my abs) getting worse all the way down till you hit my waistline and then its solid again.... even my butt is built solid..... its hard to explain but if you saw me you would see what im talking about.... im very good looking and happy with my body until you get to my stomach, i played semi-pro football until i tore my acl 4 years ago, i was a d-lineman.

    i was thinking, use the clen first for 3 to 4 weeks (i only have a 4 week supply),there are different ways to take clen, but two weeks on then two weeks off is the easiest, so your 4 weeks supply really isn't enough to do much good here then wait a week and start the dbol cycle for 4 weeks (again only 4 week supply)4 weeks is considered a kickstart for regular cycles, you will see weight gain from water and some strength gains that you will lose as soon as you stop, its just not worth it as it WILL shut down your natural test production meaning no more erections quite possibly and mix in the nolvadex around the 2 1/2 week mark into the dbol cycle..... 4 week supply of nolvadex also.

    i am sure you won't like my answer, but you are NOT ready for ANY steroids .

    You could use the clen if you know how to use it properly and had some more on hand.

    DIET is your friend. get in the diet section on here and start reading everything
    I would NOT cycle any steroids until you got your bodyfat down under 15%

    how bout posting a pic with your face edited out, i'm sorry but at 27% bf i doubt you are very defined or "solid" as you put it

    At 27% you are asking for trouble by using steroids and dbol would also be just about the worst choice anyways. Re-size the pics and post away. Also post up your diet and people will help you with it.

    as you can see, the problem starts at my gut, i never said i was "defined" or buff, simply said solid as in hard (cant pinch fat) total opposite of my stomach and love handles where you can grab handfulls of pure flab.... i havent been able to see my abs since 2004, thats when i got hurt and went on a junk-food, pain pill and drinkin binge for the last 4 years, i lost alot of muscle over that time and gained a crap load of flab in that time i think everything held up decently except my stomach.

    that thread was a good read..... that being said i think i will hold off on the dbol , but the clen WILL help me drop weight correct? i do and hav ehad my diet under control for 3 months now, im still learning, adding and subracting to and from it to make it most effective, my training is also under control im working like a mad man, i have already made good strides in the few months i have been training, i looked like a even worse lump of shit when i started.....

    someone earlier said clen for 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off, so im thinking ill run it for 2 weeks then come off for 2 weeks then run it again for 2 weeks on...... how much estimated weight can i drop?

    thanks for everything guys, you really helpin me out here.

    clen is an aid but no wonder drug.. it may help a bit if everything else is in check

    Clen can help but I think you need to focus on diet and cardio more than anything.

    im doing at least an hour of cardio a day.... full court basketball.

    for my diet im taking in about 1500 cals a day, i get up in the morning, eat my vitamins at the same time i drink a can of slim fast mixed with a scoop of 100%whey protein, 2 hours later i eat a can of tuna and have a glass of water with a scoop of whey... then i wait 2 hours and drink my no xplode 1 hour before going to the gym, when i get to the gym i drink a 1/2scoop of casein 1/2 of whey with water... workout lasts anywhere from 2 to 3 hours,,, 1 hour of weights the rest is cardio. i go home drink my cellmass wait 20 minutes and have a scoop of whey with water and a can of tuna about 2 hours before i goto bed i have a salad with a chicken breast and light italian dressing and right before i goto bed i down a cup of milk mixed with a scoop of casein..... rinse and repeat... kind of bland and boring but i stick to religiously, 1 day a week usually sundays i eat a well balanced meal for dinner consisting of steak, potatoes and veggies... and im recovering from alcoholism so i no longer drink any beer or alcohol of any kind,, i do not drink soda. the only things i drink are milk, gatoraide and water...... is there any thing wrong with this diet?

    The anal thing reminds me of a thread where a guy said he shot his test actually in his asshole. Like the ring around it and it was hurting and he asked why.

    well i heard it from more then one source so i thought it might be true, i do remember some drug heads in high school talkin about inserting lsd up there and getting stronger effects from it.... thought it might be a legit question, christ if it could save your liver its probably worth it.
