    Question is this the best 1st bulk cycle

    I am 28, 6'2 165lbs
    I eat all the time : chicken, eggs, fish, pizza, burgers(meat)
    i do protein shakes daily, my calorie intake is up to par i think.
    I was thinking:
    wk1-6 50mg dinabol
    wk1-10? 500 test c
    should I use something else to blow up?
    I am about to order so i also need clomid for after my cycle right?
    I want to gain as much weight as possible so besides eating all the time what wouold be the best cycle for me. Thanks and sorry for sounding like an idiot.

    You may eat .................. all the time but you just aren't eating enough of it going by your stats.
    Burgers and pizzas aren't exactly muscle building foods are they?
    You will not make the gains you want from steroids unless you learn how to eat properly and In all honesty, thats a poor diet.

    I know you don't want to hear this, but if you choose to take steroids now , you will be wasting your money, probably losing any gains you make during the cycle.

    at 6'2" adn ONLY 165lbs, you are about 50 lbs shy of being ready to use steroids .

    You need to learn how to eat to grow first, reach you natural potential so that the steroids will work better for you

    you should go to the diet forum here and search under bulking diets
    the steroids are NOT what make it a bulking cycle, the diet and training make it a bulk or a cut

    you should be eating full meals every 2-3 hours, SOLID FOODS, not shakes, not crap

    That is the ONLY way this works, trust us, we have been through it all.

    You also need a better understanding of what ancillaries you will need during the cycle,and a MUCH better PCT than just clomid.

    PLEASE, PLEASE take the time to research some more and not jump into this, I promise you will NOT be happy with the results and you will want to blame the steroids instead of your own lack of knowledge and diet

    they're right.. you're too small right now. but at least these threads will give you some insight, so you can research, while you bulk up naturally. remember: weight gain is a very slow process . good luck.

    my little opinion

    OK buddy try something like this for a few years before u even consider using gear, this is what i did 4 years prior to injecting, went from 8stone to 12stone (over 50lbs added to my frame!) in that time and it was bloody hard work! its even harder on gear you have to remember that and need to know 100% what u are doing, eat perfect, life perfect, finding out what works for u in the gym and pct must be spot on to keep the gains u made, they are NOT a quick fix, and you can do serious damage if u don't know what you are doing, i'm still a novice, listen to the guys on here they really do know what they are talking about or u will end up hurting yourself!!!!

    try this maybe...

    Diet

    meal 1
    1 can tuna, banana, berries, oats, whey powder, flax oil
    meal 2
    1 can soup (veg, chicken, tomato), 3 slices of whole meal bread with seeds, whey powder
    meal 3
    jacket potato, tuna, veg, 500ml milk
    meal 4
    greek yogurt, 2 bananas, whey, glutamine
    training
    meal replacment drink, 50g carbs 50g protein
    meal 5
    usually chicken, or some form of lean meat with veg
    meal 6
    1 can tuna, banana, whey, flax oil
    bed

    also 3 litres of water daily


    training - mon - chest, tris, abs
    wed - back, bis
    friday - shoulders, abds
    sat- legs, arms

    i usualy do 3-4 sets on each body part using 10,8,6,4 reps plus warm up, varying exercises 2-3 weeks (incline, d-bells, then b-bell etc..)
    I vary my work outs every 2-3 months, changing mostly frequency of reps, rest between reps, frequency of training and muscle grouping just to keep my body guessing.

    cycle after gaining at least another 30-50lbs muscle that is and its going to be hard but that is just that!!!!

    drug

    Test E - 500mg weeks 1-10
    D-bol - 30mg weeks 1-4
    anastrazole 0.5mg ed if signs of gyno

    pct to start 2 weeks after last injection (week 13)

    PCT - but research this yourself

    Nolva - 20mg ed week 1-6
    HCG - 500i.u ed week 1-3
    VIT E - 1000i.u ed week 1-3
