    water pills to reduce bloat?

    wat do u think of taking a water pill/diuretic during cycle to reduce the bloat?

    No kidding... man, every time I eat a meal that's high in sodium I puff right up like a blow fish... it's crazy. Never knew sodium could have such an effect like that... really noticing it these days though.. not to mention BP going up because of it.

    I like what he said..diet is almost everything..it will do more for you then gear and working out but when used together wow..JMO
