Bro I agree u think you are not growing Anymore. But at your age u have enough testo in your body itself. You dont need and should not inject any steroid at your age.

Understand it that Steroid is just 10% of your body growth, 40% is diet 30% is workout and 20% rest. So you can easily go with 90%.

When you do steroids you need to be very very strict and dedicated on your diet. Why dont u just follow a proper diet regime for 12 weeks and I assure you you will be amazed with the results. Just try for 3 months before taking a big step.

way, way off. I don't see how you aren't losing weight, you certainly won't gain eating like that.

i changed it up all the time, just wanted to give the kid an idea of what really eating is like

I HATED IT, but it worked. I changed things like had different fish, turkey, different carbs, but chicken, steak, dozens of eggs, and sweet potatoes where in there every single day...........

Just a guess on my body fat percentage, but id say around 15%.
Been working out pretty consistently for about a year, and dammit I just cant get any bigger.

seriously kid, you dun look like you worked out at all, i can see the desparate measures taken to try and look like you train hard by putting some brand new gloves on.

eat and train!!!! at your age, your natural hormone levels should place you in a good position to get big easily without getting fat too...

I wouldn't say he doesn't look like he works out at all, he looks better than I did at his age. but yes he could make huge improvements naturally.

hey rocko, do you workout at home? what do you do for legs in a week, just curious

and NO offense intended but working out consistantly for a year really isn't that long to see huge gains, just FYI. It takes many years of consistent lifting to gain muscle thickness and muscle maturity, so give it time , keep working out consistently and be patient, you will see gains

with the diet you posted, I seriously doubt that it is 3000 calories, and if those chicken sandwiches are fast food, then its all fat calories
power bars do not count as a meal

ok, right there is another red flag to your training. LEGS are the most important muscles to workout, they are your foundation

you don't build a mansion on bamboo posts

the stronger your foundation, the stronger the rest of your body will become

, so i hope you can see, that you need a LOT of adjusting to do if you want to reach your goals

which is fine, we can help you make those adjustments if you are willing to do the LEG work, (pun intended)

LOL come on bro do some research. Working out the biggest muscle group in your body, the quads, will indirectly make your upper body bigger for starters. To increase your natural growth hormone production, you have to focus your attention to blasting your quads with squats and lunges, for starters. When the largest muscle groups are stimulated, the largest amount of natural hormone production will also be stimulated.

OK, so tell us, after two pages of advice that has been given to you freely but with some frustrations due to your attitude in your responses, tell us just what you learned so far and what you need to do to reach your goals and if you still think steroids are the right choice for you at this point in your life

this question has been answered number times. STOP COUNTING OVERALL CALORIES. you have to learn to count the carbs / fat / protein intake in your food if you ever want to understand why you aren't gaining.

My suggestion is listen to them on the diet. Get a gym membership. Get a workout partner that is bigger, stronger, and more dedicated than you in the gym and try to compete with him. Get in your own zone in the gym and don't talk to anybody, just talk to your partner about how many times your lifting. Learn proper techniques for lifts. Bust your ass in the gym so hard that it will make yourself want to go to bed after such a hard workout. Have a good protein/carb meal/shake within 30-45 minutes after the workout. Log your lifts and progressively load weights each week even if its only 5 lbs. And Finally, DON'T EVER THINK YOU KNOW EVERYTHING. ASK ASK ASK ASK AND ASK.

yeah it's kind of ironic, I've been told that several times, always by some skinny malnourished looking little kid who is pouting because I didn't condone steroid usage.
I know exactly what it would take for you to achieve your goals, and would have shown you, free of charge. instead you want to stick to your ill-informed pre-conceived notions of what you need to do. good luck with that.
come tomorrow, I'll still be a dick and you'll still be a skinny little kid, life goes on.

you need way more protein here, i'm counting 10-12g total, try 10-12 egg whites and 60-70g of carbs worth of oatmeal 1.5c uncooked should work

930you need to eat between these two at 930, it's hard in high school but you can do it, try keeping a tub of oatmeal and some tuna pouches out in your car and eat them between class, (50g of protein 60-70g of carbs at this meal

11:30 (lunch): Sandwhich w/ 2 pieces whole grain bread & turkey or hamthis isn't a meal at all, bring some tuna or chicken and brown rice(uncle ben's microwavable is okay), so ahead and eat a whole pouch(80g of carbs) and 50-60g of protein worth of meat

    2:30: power bar/granola bar
scrap the bars, eat some sweet potatos, 25-30g of carbs worth
    3:30: workout

4:30: post workout drink: 2 scoops whey protein, 10 grams glutamine, 10 grams creatine, 1/4 cup dextrose, 1.5 cups 2& milk. comes out to like 600 calories.
cut the glutamine, dextrose, and milk the glutamine precursor(glutamic acid) will fight with glutamine for absorption and dextrose is just horrible for you, instead down the protein with water and eat 70-80g of carbs worth of oatmeal
5:30: grilled chicken sandwhich or something similar
how bout 10oz of grilled chicken breast and 60-70g of carbs worth of brown rice

800you need to eat here, remember the tub of oatmeal and tuna in your car, it's your best friend now
9-11 pm (depending on what time i get off work) whatever was cooked for dinner generally some kind of meat or fish plus a couple vegetables like green beans or corn and sometimes mixed fruits
your last meal should contain protein and fat, cottage cheese or some meat and nuts is good(20-30g of good fats)
The only reason there is such a gap between breakfast and lunch is because I am at school at that time and cant eat in class
k, i have to agree that this diet is not anywhere near sufficient for you, i've outlined some basic changes i would make in bold above, from there we can tweek it till you start to see the results you want
