Equipoise for a 10 k race
Hi I am lookin to run a 10k race on July. I have used equipoise before but for mass bulkin. Although I noticed I was quicker when i ran.
How much and how often should I take Equipoise if all I want is the red blood cell increase and not so much bulikin.
Thank you

if u just lookin for red blood cell increase, then why not just pop some viagra. ha ha, boner in those tights! seriously though.
do a search on equipose on the home page. also look into checque drops. not sure they are right for your case, but might help. not sure as I havent researched drops much yet, but know they give huge aggressive boost in competitions.

red blood cell count increase is not an attribute unique to equipoise . Look around. ALOT of AAS will mimic that same response.

EQ only is not good; will supress you hard, which in turn can potentially hinder your intended purpose.. I suggest that you spend more time doing insightful research. JMO
Best of lucks!

Eq
I used deca for a half marathon and it seemed to help. There was nothing measurable since I did not have a previous time at the half marathon course, I just felt less tired, faster, etc.
I think the EQ would do the same thing, as far as dosage I was doing around 100 mg per week, which is considered a "non-existent" dose as far as bodybuilders are concerned but with only the goal of better time/endurance, it seemed to help.
FYI I had a physical around the time of the race and my doctor said "your red blood cell count is high".

As far as I can rememer, few years back U.S. track runners admitted to using winstrol for 100m relays but I'm not sure if it would really help for 10k plus you don't have access to winstrol anyways.

off cycle, i can skip cardio for 6 months, walk on the tread mill and do 5, 8 minute miles no no real big. 45 minutes of 9 minute miles is not a big deal.
Oh EQ/Tbol now and I almost went into cardiac arrest running 3 miles the other day, but i'm 25lbs heavier too.
I'm about to hop on EPO to do cardio.
EQ just makes you eat a ton, and it definatly is not helping your endurance running.

winstrol and joints
Winstrol will help your performance in anything athletic.
But I would avoid winstrol, my understanding is that studies show it is bad for joints. That it actaully decreases the ability of your joints to heal, withstand impact, etc.
Do a search under "collagen synthesis" in these forums. My memory is that deca , equipoise , anavar , and primobolan are the only AAS that do not make joints weaker and more susceptible to injury.
But winstrol was the worst in that issue: joints weaker and more susceptible to injury.

ye all im gonna say is your gonna leave your joints right back at the 200m mark! i am an athlete, i train 6days a week intense, wini is not good for your joints,i had to blag a groin injury, my knees and elbows felt as if they had gained 50lb and were throbbin from tennis elbow.

try running stairs and hills
steroids are not your friend when it comes to distance running
10k isn't all that far anyway, you don't need anything
