    Cycle stack Clen & Winn 50

    21 years old
    5'11"
    195 lbs

    I am starting a cycle of Clenbuterol and Winn 50. I was going to take the Clen 12 days on and 12 days off, starting from 20 mg going up to 100mg and then back down to 20mg on day 12. However I was not sure how to add the Winn 50 into this.

    Any help would be appriciated and/or changes to my plan.

    Im not sure about body fat. I believe im around 25%

    My diet has been hard boiled egg and fruit breakfast. Salad & muscle milk for lunch and dinner. With some variation. I am deployed overseas at the moment and my food sources are terrible. Im trying to make do with what I have.

    I work out about 5 days a week. More cardio than lifting because I am trying to cut down fat, and get lean...

    So is a stack of clen and winn 50 what I need?
    Help would be appriciated.

    change up your diet first. that and cardio will be the 2 biggest factors in droping the lb's. hit up the diet forum and post up your daily diet for people to help

    Ive already been on that. I know its a little quick. However Im on my way to Panama City Beach to my condo and I need my beach body. So I guess what im really getting at is. Is Clen and Winn50 a good stack to cut?

    What are your ultimate goals? How have your results been so far?

    No offense bro but it doesn't sound like your in the best shape right now. Which is fine, at least your interested in getting there. But i wouldn't suggest running these compounds at this point. Are these good for cutting? the answer is yes. But you really shouldn't be worried about that at this point. You need to continue with the diet and cardio.

    Using these compounds can be hard on your body. Especially your heart where the clen is concerned, and your not in good cardio shape.

    My suggestion is to save this stuff till you get down to at least 14% bf.
    Whats your weight training experience? Remember, if you cut all the fat and theres nothing left underneath, that doesn't make for the greatest "beach body?"

    Yea I did. I later realized that ar-r is the better way to go. Just a foolish mistake on my part. However, is there something wrong with buying them off the banner at the top of the page?
