The search button on here works great as this has been asked a million and one times

there are several methods.

there is an amp cutter you can buy

you can score the skinny neck part with a metal file then wrap in a towel and snap the neck off

you can use the cap to a pen and place it over the top and snap it off

I like to make sure I score the neck all the way around with a file first, it makes for a cleaner break. Just make sure you are just scoring and not filing through the neck

Hey savage. My sustaplex 325 is on its way and seen you had great gains from it. I read alot of your post and was wondering if you could tell me how often you work each muscle. Like triceps once a week and biceps once a week? Any advice would be great? Im new on her also so i didnt know where to ask?

Score the neck with a nail file and snap it off with a paper towel.

And dont forget to swab the amp after you have scored it to get rid of the glass dust.
