Any advice
Let me start by saying i'm not a newbie to gear or this site i just don't post much i've been working out for about 12 yrs of and on and 2 solid i'm am currently taking
50mg of winny a day
500 of test
my strength gains have been real good but now i'm concerned about losing body fat just for looks not a comp or anything i've added cardio and cleaned up my diet and know that i can get where i want in time but i'm very impatient and have read some excellent things about clen and was considering adding it to my supps i'm almost out of winny and i was thinking of upping my test to 750 a week for 8 weeks and also doing clen for 6 weeks to cut the fat faster i know it might not be the best stack and i have done some reserch all i really wanna know is will i lose bf and keep my gains please keep the critisizm constructive i know i might sound like a dumb a$$ to some but i'm probably gonna do this regaurdless of what you say so please just try and help in anyway u can

Diet, and cardio will make you loose fat. Not Steroids . Clen is a steroid that is not a beginner IMO. What are your Stats? Age?BF%? HT? It is more than likely your diet holding you back. Don't up the dose of test, keep it at 500 especially since you have already started. DO you have a PCT lined up?

yea i have pct and all i wanna know is will the clen make me lose fat i've read alot of good things i just wanna know if it really works and if anyones ever ordered it from the top of the page and if that stuff is real

Sorry, let me correct that. Clen is a beta-2-symphatomimetic. And still should not be cylced without the proper knowledge of dosing, cycling, and how other compounds effect your body. I still IMO think clen should not be used by a first time user.

I know i'm not as educated as everyone else, and if i made a comment that is obviously wrong i didn't intend too. Everything i post is from what i have read on here, or read online. I apoligize for the bad advice.

just looking for advice and getting a feel for what people think i'm pretty dead set on it but i could be swayed to not take it i don't have it yet............and as for roids which clen is not this is not my 1st cycle its my 3rd but 1st time for clen

so if clen isn't for a first time user..... when can someone use clen if they have never used it before??? wouldn't they be a first time clen user at one point or another???? I'm confused..... anyway..
Clen is great! monitor your heart rate while doing cardio so it doesn't bump up too high. Also what works great for me is 6-8 weeks on at a time with no interruptions..... every 3rd week take 50mg of benadryl each night before bed for 7 days..... do that every 3rd week. start off with 40-60mcg's a day and work your way up depending on how you feel and what your bodies reactions are like.... I never take more than about 120-140mcg's a day.....

can you lay out what you are taking now for us and for how long?
You said you are almost out of winny? how long have you been running the Test/winny?
what is your current bodyfat % Height, weight, and age?
now you want to run Test at a higher dose for 8 more weeks? WHY? what is your reasoning here?
Are you planning to do a PCT? If so can you tell me what it is?
You can add Clen to the cycle, BUT i would be more inclined to add it to PCT
answer the above questions, and I will continue explaining

need help
My freind and I have been work out and dieting for awhile now and nothing great is really happening. I started doing research, And found two substances that say they are good for cutting Clen , And Cytomel T3. But the thing is my friend is afraid of pins.. and will not use them do you know of anything that we could take that would not require us to use pins and help us gain, and would not interfear with the two listed above ? we dont want massive gain we are in it more for the cutting and a little growth. Def want the little bit of bellie fat to go away for spring and summer though.
We both have an average build def need to cut. we have tried everything from lots of diet and cardio to work out more and harded
we are 6'2 225.
need dosage info also

i started using gear before my diet was in check and i got massive gains but i was still 20% bf. i used clen for month on week off for 3 months and i was not losing much fat. the reality of it is without cleaning up your diet and doing cardio you will keep throwing money away until you face reality. nothing works without proper diet and cardio. you can take all the fat loss aids you want but you will never see results unless you fix your diet and do cardio. without this clen will help you loose a pound or 2 by its self.
