Hey fellas, posted when i first joined but i have a question of myself. Regardless of your insults, i still love the site. have at it!
-out of the gym for 3 yrs, knee surgury and rotator problems, having a baby, blah, blah
back to gym start stats -1/26/2009
32 yrs OLD!!!
5-10
223 lbs
18 % bf (beer)
17.5 bi's
As of 2/26/2009
32, still old
5-10 still short
232 lbs (hardly any beer)
17% bf
-18' bi's, right is 18.5
-strength getting there
-cardio/abs 3x wk 25min
so i am hooked again, FINALLY! after being hardcore from 18-26 yrs old, the injuries and social life killed it...but i am back. Heres the question i have an alumni football game in the summer and want to be all that, thinking of staying nattie and hitting the speed and agility drills but am Tempted to hit the AAS after i get back into my reg shape, only thing is that could kill the speed and agility training, as far as my strength and mass. kinda lost cuz nattie i know i can blow everybody up........buttttt.... just thinking of how good it could be! advise, ridicule, etc. thanks

ya post you over all goals ... you stated alumni game - most every one will be outa shape so that is a easy one - lots of cardio
