3rd Cycle critique

planning to do my 3rd cycle in the fall and my goal is a lean bulk

Weeks 1-12 Test e 650 mg
Weeks 1-10 Equipoise 400 mg (first time using)
Weeks 1-5 Anavar 40 mg

PCT:
Nolva 40/40/40/20/20/20

Previous cycles:
Weeks 1-10 Test E 400 mg
Weeks 1-4 Dbol 20 mg

Weeks 1-10 Test E 500 mg
Weeks 1-4 Dbol 40 mg
Weeks 7-10 Pheraplex 30 mg

Currently 5' 11" and weigh 220-225 (fluctuates) and have a 12 % BF

Im definitely open to any suggestions any changes u guys might have to better this

up the eq to 600mgs per week

up the anaver to 60-80mgs ed

pct -

nolva 40/40/20/20

clomid 100/50/50/25

adex on hand

ok since you have me upping the dose of the eq should i also up the dose of the test?

I ask because that would put the doses of test and eq very close to each other

imo no -eq is very mild imo and runing 650mgs test over 600mgs eq is just fine ,this is just my opinion,lets see what others say.

what i would do tho is run the test 14 weeks and the eq 12

I might just end up scrapping the anavar due to its ridiculous cost

Would be another oral that you would suggest to replace it? I was gonna do winstrol but heard it wreaks havoc on joints and my joints hurt enough as it is

Tbol is good for lean bulking.

What about the PCT?

I hear its not good to run both Nolva and Clomid because they battle over receptors

Nolva and Clomid combo is pretty popular so I highly doubt that..

yup, I would scrap the anavar , up the eq to 600 mg and extend your cycle to 14 weeks

oh didn't see that.....that's a VERY low dose of anavar for guys....the one person i can think of that likes var runs it at 100mg a day and he's pretty conservative

dood.... if you could get a hold of some tren ace to add to the mix...... you'd absolutely love it for a clean bulk..... it goes good for anything and you're going to just LOVE to sweat the bed each night.... (it's worth it, trust me)

i would run the EQ for no less than 14 weeks, preferably 16, and run the test for one week past the EQ

I would do tren ace but i absolutely hate pinning as it is so EOD injections are not even in my mind lol
