sleep disruptions by Test E/ Durabolin
I wonder if anyone experience sleep diruptions during AAS cycle. I was on 350mg/350mg Test E + Durabolin for a month now, I experiencing reduction in deep sleep phase and wake up more often during the night although it did not significantly exhaust me the next morning.

going through the same thing right now and im 8 weeks in, just try some sleep aides, take naps, and keep stress to a minimum. im currently using Nutra's ZMT and it works well to help me fall asleep and wake up refreshed but my patterns seemed to be ****ed right now, some night sweats from time to time to.

Sleep problems are fairly common. I don't have trouble sleeping but i have wacked out dreams. Thats one way I can tell my cycle is kicking in. I hate to say it but you really should up your dose a little bit. I'd take at least 500mg/week of test with that deca but thats just me.

How do you think it feels to have insomnia BEFORE AAS? Pretty terrible.

get some somatomax... we sell it at the supplement store i work at and i know bb.com does also. Its a growth hormone release that makes you sleep like a child, the better sleep you get the more growth hormone you release. this stuff is awesome, take one scoop before bed and youll wake up a little groggy but once your up you feel much better than not taking it. Also will burn some fat.
