Oral winny and nose bleeds
My buddy is on 50mg a day oral winny.
He says his nose has been bleeding.
Has anyone ever had this?
Someone told him it's because it thins your blood.

I dono bro honestly 50mg is normal. I was running 100mg winny ED and thats when I had problems, I backed down to 75mg and I was fine. I really wouldn't suggest running lower then 50mg honestly

id also say not only but high BP but because its getting rid of water completely so his blood vessels in his nose may be getting dried up. I know mine are naturally dry so nose bleeds are common if i itch my nose too much. But i had to get used to nose bleeds at least 2x a day on winny. Just tell ur bud not to pick his nose so much! jk drink more water...good luck bro. also my doc recommends putting Vaseline on in ur nose a lil bit to help lubricate the blood vessels. It works but is inconvenient. But give it a try.

As PT said, bleeding is often due to hight blood press.
IMO, High RBC has nothing to bleed.
High RBC can cause headaches, dizziness...

Are there any over the counter supplements that will lower you blood pressure? My buddy is having nose bleeds due to high bp.
