For those who can't sleep while using AAS
Some AAS will mess up your sleep patterns, for those who experience this how do you battle it ?

I just looked it up, I think it's Lunesta. That shit is bitter and didn't do squat for me. My doc has me rotate Restoril 15mg for a month and then Elavil for a month. That way I don't build up a tolerance to either.
Once I finished my residency...and having two small kids at the same time, I didn't sleep for, what seemed to be, four years!
Ever since...I can't shut off. I just can't...believe me...I have tried everything. Ambien...good lord...talk about nocturnal erections and no recall memory....my wife was having fun with me and I couldn't remember it...damn Ambien!

Xanex in my experience makes you very tired the day after, and also it's a dependent drug. I would definitely stay clear of that, even though it will put you out cold. Melatonin works good for me when I feel like I will have trouble sleeping that night.

Don't like xanax as the next day i have a xanax hangover. OTC combo of benadryl and unisom is pretty effective with less grogginess the following day.
Ambien works pretty well but you can wake up during the night. Very effective at getting you to sleep but a lot times i will wake up on it and have difficulty falling back asleep. They have a new time released version but i think it is mad expensive if you don't have insurance.

tried lunesta, did nothing. ambien isnt available in canada and melatonin does nothing for me.
ive just learned that 4-5 hours of sleep is all i'll ever get when on cycle. it sucks but theres nothing that can be done about it.
