spring break on cycle..
I'll be starting my 6th week on test e during our springbreak, and I was wond. what effects this will have on my gains. I haven't drank at all since i started and don't plan on getting smashed everyday, but I will be having some drinks while on the beach. I still plan to get at least 3-4 good workouts in, and drink plenty of water and protein. My eating is what i'm worried about. Anybody have any suggestions on anything? Will this mess up my gains for the rest of my cycle?

YES, it will effect your gains, its not the best way to do things, but you won't die from it, so you need to decide if its worth it or not
Try to eat well, try not to drink too much
how old are you and what is your exact cycle and PCT plan

Remember that if youre taking any orals you will get drunk much faster b/c of the already present liver stress

I mean I wouldn't worry about it "messing up his gains" for the rest of the cycle. 6 weeks of hard training is due for an unload week anyway, as long as he doesn't go overboard with the booze and food.

you still have time to plan...take tuna and protein powder with you....drinking is going to hurt you but keep it low......try and get your protein at the same times keep a pack of tuna in your pocket.....before you go out get your workout in, some push ups pull ups, hand stands and curl you suit case....there are ways to workout while you are traveling just be smart about it and have a good time, but not to good.

I am 22 years old, and I am taking test e twice a week to equal about 500-550mg a week. I have a strong PCT plan so i'm not worried about that.
I am not taking any orals. Three of my friends will be on the break with me under the same circumstances. One who is just finishing up his cycle of winstrol , another who will starting his 8th week stacking Test E/Deca , and one more who is on the same cycle as me.
We were all curious and plan on helping each other with the peer pressure! ha
We will def all stack up on protein powder, cans of tuna and chicken, and lots of water.
Our condo will have a 24 hour gym, so were going to hit it a good bit in the mornings before going out.
Thanks for all the advice. I am def going to take it easy on the booze, cause my gains and health are way more important to me. While also being in a frat, I have learned how to not drink and still have fun since starting my cycle.

I am 6'4" and I cut down on as much bodyfat as i could before my cycle. I started at 209 with about 5% bodyfat and am starting my 5th week today at 223. I have already put on an inch in my quads and a little over half an inch in bicepts.
It's funny because only 3 people who are on cycles also know i am on one. So all my friends and girlfriend are starting to question me now and wonder what i'm doing. They just notice my eating habits and pre and post workout diets and think that's it.
I'll keep my stats updated and let ya'll know how everything worked out on spring break next week.
