    What size needle does anyone use for traps? I dont think I would be wise for me to use too small of a pin with winny, being that its consistancy mimics man juice if you get my drift. that shit is thick. and anyone ever hit a nerve doing traps? I cant hang with the quads anymore. Need to find a new site, already doing delts and da booty.

    Have only done the glutes so far so can't really compare. I need to work on my shoulders and would like to try that area. How do you know where the safe spot is?

    quads are easy because you have both hands free and your never in an akward position.

    I've never done delts, its kinda hard aspirating and injecting with one hand and keeping everything still. How do you all inject delts etc... with just one hand?

    Alternating L&R glutes are near painless for me. Occasionlly I'll do some spot injects.

    Me Also. I seem to subconciously favor left delt/right glute I've noticed, but after a while it's all the same, sometime during the week, I'm more than likely gonna hit 'em all anyway depending on what I'm runnin', doesn't really matter which one first or most.

    Use the Backside of your thumbnail to lift the plunger, that's the easiest way for me.

    triceps are an easy injection, but i always seems to get a rash from it the next day...
