    critique my spring/summer cycle!

    so, this is what i have planned...

    i'm gonna save my prescription enenthate for the winter. it causes me to retain water like a seacow.. :P

    weeks 1-12 - 600mg a week of test-p (shot EOD of course)
    weeks 4-12 - 80mg/day Anavar (20mg tabs)
    clen : 2 weeks on, 2 off, 4ml's a day (0.025mg/ml)

    edit:
    PCT!
    Nolvadex - 20mg/day
    Clomid 2 weeks at 100mg/day, then 3 weeks at 50mg/day
    (5 weeks of pct)

    and - I KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF DIET....

    I used to be a fatty. so please save the "FIX YOUR DIET, LOL" posts... my diet for the spring is very very solid ( i love food anyway, i find "dieting" easy! I love to eat!)

    training for almost 4 years, NEAR 3 of those natural.

    I used to be fat. i was 270, got down to a shredded 167 - and have built up to 214, but now starting to diet for summer.

    i have enenthate on hand, but will save it for later this year..it makes me bloat

    2 good cycles under my belt. learned a lot and how my body reacts..hence why im seeking Prop and anavar, so i dont bloat as bad during the summer. (cardio 5 days a week, 45 mins a pop)

    looks good to me.

    if it were me tho id lower the test and run a third compound. but looks solid. are you going for a recomp or what are your goals?

    my goals are just to see where i can take this.

    i dont plan on being a pro, or competing... I just think I have OCD, and I like to challenge myself and see how far I can better myself.

    it all started with the weight loss...then i got a bit of muscle in the process...then more..then more.... and now i want more.

    i like how i look, i like how i feel, i love the challenge of pushing myself further than I ever thought I could.... the best part of my day is half way thru a workout in the gym... i feel so alive...

    i wanna keep the cycle simple, vs running too many compounds... I'm not a pro, so im doing prop plus anavar - as anavar is pretty mild. i tried winny once before, and never again. at 50mg/day, my knuckles were so arthritic feeling, and my shoulders KILLED me...

    so, i wanted to run something mild along with the prop - and thru all my reading, anavar seems to be a pretty safe choice at a moderate dose.

    just finished up with some var. everyone is different but for me it wrecked my appetite. making it extremely difficult to eat often. looks like a very simple yet effective cycle.

    i'd run the prop @ 100mg ED making it 700mg/week
