2nd cycle thoughts...
I am bout to start my second cycle and wanna know what you guys think....I have reasearched and tried to make "educated" decisions but some education comes from opinion...
400mg/wk test cyp
250mg/wk deca
inject twice a week say 200cyp and 250deca on monday 200 cyp on thursday or friday....
have planned PCT (nolva and clomid...already in hand)
stats are 31 yrs old\5'9"\200#\16% bf
I have all my gear in hand so im not piece-mealing
Great Doc who does blood work about every three weeks etc
First cycle had great gains no sides...even though I went about it all wrong in regards to PCT! (NONE)....hence the education now! Lost a little gains but still satisfied overall.
Any thoughts or ideas on improvements? Oh and diet is pretty clean...

8 or nine Deca . havent really decided yet thoughts on that would be appreciated too!

Looks alright. Most people would tell ya to get your BF lower before you start and bitch at you about no PCT last time but hey atleast your on the right track now.
I would run your Test @ 500mg/week and the Deca @ 400mg/week though.

Deca 2 weeks less than the Test, do the Test for 12 and Deca for 10 for best results.

thnx honda...yeah i expect some crap for teh use of AAS without proper research....i am just glad i was lucky and things didnt go south. Funny how your supplier doesnt hand out instructions! but hey its not his respnsibility!

yeah i know the bf should be a little lower but i did my first cycle at 18% and it dropped. I do PW cardio three times a week for about 30 minutes...I hoped it would go down a bit on this cycle as well but am not expecting much...

and TMOS my stats are above. the training is pretty much every friggin day and i push myself like a freak! been in the gym for a few years. Was BB'ing naturally about 5 years ago and tore my right RC and pretty much went to shit. I started to feel like crap so I started back to the gym. funny thing is I found a new passion for it and WILL NOT let myself get back into bad shape. I build muscle realtively quickly and seem to have really good receptors. oh and My first cycle was sust250 and deca ....

diet is:
1)3/4 cup oats and 4 egg whites
2) 2cans tuna with mayo and piece of wheat toast
3) chicken breastor fish,steamed veggies, fruit
4) yougurt/fruit
5) PW protein shake
6) PPW protein shake
7) fish, steak or chicken, veggies, while wheat pasta
My downfall is I dont drink enough water. Probably about 24-32 oz/day

and what recommendations do you have for cardio without "hurting" the bulking? i just dont want to overdo it and not get max gains.....
