- weight 225
- bf around 13 -15
- 7am 2cups oatmeal 14oz of red meat
- 10am 12oz chicken 2 cups brown rice
- 1pm 12oz chicken 2 cups brown rice
- 4pm 12oz serloin 8oz sweet potato 1cup rice
- 6pm 50g whey (pre)
- post 10oz turcky 2cups rice

Some might still say you are too young.
You mean 500mg right?
There is no need to taper the dose up I woudl stay at 500mg straight through

no i have done sus befor for 10weeks but was olny doing 300mg a week that was over a year ago i only droped 8lbs when i came off but i went from 211 to 232 and ended up were im at now

I would say if you are still making good gains at 12 weeks then go to 15 if you want.

I agree. No need to taper up. 15 weeks is fine if you wanna run it, but keep the dose at 500mg the whole time. Your diet could use a little bit of work but its not terrible. Also if you have all your post cycle then im sure you wouldnt mind taking 30 seconds to post it up.

50mg clomid for 4 weeks and 25 mg nolv with it and whats wrong with the diet? if you dont mind telling me i kinda go by the if you want to put weight on you put weight in you but do please tell

Just the pre and post workout.
Id do your post workout meal about an hour before your workout.
Then hit your preworkout shake post workout. Add some carbs with it and now your bulking. Also unless your going to bed right after your workout ill bet you have time for one more meal before bed. Perhaps some low fat cottage cheese and natural pb.
Also i believe red meat is fantastic for bulking but not twice a day. How about ditching the first serving in the morning for eggs.
Post cycle looks good

well thank you for your 2 cents. im doing eggs right now when i start bulking im going to do the red meat for breakfast. i get burned out on chicken and fish in the morning just not going to happen. turcky makes me want to go back to bed as for the pre and post ill change it up like you said and grab some cottage.
