    need some advice

    I will be 42 this year and am in dcent shape but nowhere near where I want to be. I have just decided to try dekka tabs but am concerned about the side effects and the size of the tabs, as I sometimes have trouble swallowing pills. ANyone have any experience with these?

    they are the deca capsule from this site. I am 5'9 195 lbs body fat 16%.

    I have never done anything other than creatine and wanted to try something easy and low risk, but i do want gains. I have been "plateaued" too long and working out is now getting frustrating, which makes me mad because it is one of my favorite stress releases. A friend recommended deca and he's in better shape than I am so I thought I would try it. ANy thoughts on my last 2 posts would be most welcome. Advice for the right stuff would be appreciated too.

    As of yet I have no cycle experience except with creatine and I have followed usage guidelines from the container. I am a novice when it comes to supplements. Should I still test and then go from there? Will there be any gains at all from the deca pills? I just trimmed down 7 lbs (from 202 to 195) just through diet and a change in cardio but I want to put 10-15 lbs of muscle back on.
    Was hoping not to have to inject--the funny thing is I have been in health care for 22+ years and I hate needles! I also have concerns about side effects. Thanks for the feedback.
