Sust 250

Hi...I'm in my 4th week of a 12 week cycle - 1st time. Feeling good and injecting every Mon & Thurs for a total of 500ml per week. I read on this board numerous times that sust should be taken eod; am I ok with what I'm doing or should I go for eod? I feel great...strong...and keep getting bigger..230 @ 510 with 19" arms, 50" chest, etc.

What happened to the Test E you were going to do?

you will get away fine with twice a week shots, but optimum IS to shoot EOD

^^^^ Agreed you will get away with 2x's a week..but optimal would be everyother day..

Sust is usually the only thing I will run. 10 weeks at 500 ml a week pinning Monday morning and Thursday night. My last cycle I gained 22 lbs overall. Im happy with doing it on that schedule but like they said I could probably get more out of it by pinning EOD.

pct on sust is pretty harsh and tiring imo. plus it makes swelling on injection site alot thas why I switched to test-e, smooth and without any problem..sustanon makes me feel like a balloon..
