I'm about to start my first cycle and I have been researching a lot and know that diet is the most important part and wanted to know what some of you guys with lots of experience think of this. I'm a student so I am somewhat limited and i know there are some problems.

7am protein shake/4 eggs/banana
10am 1 cup oats/peanut butter and jelly/ 1 serving raw carrots
12pm 4 eggs/ tuna sandwich/apple
2pm protein shake/almonds/ granola/ pb&J
6pm protein shake/apple
7pm dinner(usually chicken or red meat 12oz and potatoes and veggies)
10 pm pb&j/ 4 egg whites/ cottage cheese

total is ~400g Protein 5000kcal
